An Evening of Healing: inner journey and hands-on Reiki

Join Cassie on a journey through your emotions with a curious, supportive and expansive experience.

Winter is the Yin time of year, the time of year to lean into the shadows and be playful with what we find there, to trust our intuition and nurture our very essence.

What To Expect:

Weaving through often confronting feelings such as fear, anger and grief, this gathering will use gentle movement to help things move through, journal prompts to speak your inner truth and some hands on Reiki to rebalance and settle your system.

Using the ancient practice of acupressure, we will activate our internal 'switch board' through the ears allowing us to gently tap into what we might be holding on to. Opening us up to allow the exploration and release of that which we might want to fall away this season.

This 'evening of healing' will leave you feeling grounded and connected to yourself. Come as you are and surrender to your own wisdom and the beautiful support of Reiki.

Who is This For?

This is for any of us who feel a shift with the seasons. For those who know there are some emotions that need to be sat with rather than suppressed.

This is a space to relax, feel at ease and be nurtured.

What To Bring:

~ Bring water for hydration

~ A journal and pen

~ Anything to make you extra cosy (fluffy socks, blankets, eye masks etc)
