An evening of 'Khayal' classical singing with Muslim Shaggan

It is with joy and honour that Qalandar Arts announces this evening with rising star of the clssical music world, Muslim Shaggan.

Grandson of Ustad Ghulam Hassan Shaggan and representative of the Gwalior Gharana, Muslim lit somewhat of a spark in London earlier in 2025 on his debut tour. Due to popular demand and multiple enquiries thereafter, he's be back how could we resist creating a stage for him along with Ustad Shahbaz Hussain on tabla and Satwinderpal Singh on sarangi.

They performed together for the first time in July; a clip of which is here.

Be ready to be taken on an immersive and transecding evening of classical Khayal singing.

Door open at 7pm. The performance starts at 7.30pm. Seating is unreserved. There will be an interval and we will aim to finish around 10pm.
