If affirmations are new to you — they are short, positive statements designed to help you shift your mindset, build self-belief and open up to growth. Louise Hay, one of the best-known voices in this area, has inspired so many people through her work, and her beautiful affirmation cards are a regular part of our Women’s Wellbeing group.
