An Evening of Women's Health

Welcome to an evening of Women's Health. Giving women of all ages an opportunity to learn more about your body and the changes it goes through.
Our first speaker is Naomi Murray of Botanica Health in Rusthall. Naomi will be speaking about the top 3 ways on how to have an emotional detox and feel less pressure, how your day effects your sleep, nutrients for less stress and better sleep and the amazing vagus nerve!
Our second speaker is Helen Ford from Glenville Clinic who works with Dr Marilyn Glenville. Helen will be focusing her talk on how to balance hormones to help with PMS, menopause, fibroids, PCOS and endometriosis. How to eliminate mood swings, get rid of cravings and learn what vitamins, minerals and herbs can help.
Following our speakers there will be plenty of time for questions.
To finish off the evening there will be a Stretch and Strengthen session with Katharine of KC Fitness, a local Personal Trainer. No jumping around but a flowing set of exercises to leave the event feeling educated and relaxed.
