An Evening with Bendor Grosvenor: The Invention of British Art
Overview
Amidst the beautiful surroundings of St Margaret’s Church, Bendor Grosvenor will illustrate how the iconic fabric of Westminster Abbey has been shaped by artists and artistic styles from across the world. From the French inspired ‘Gothic’ architecture to the Italian inspired Cosmati pavement, hear how the international influences present in Westminster Abbey mirror what happened within the history of British art.
