HAMZA ANDREAS TZORTZIS is an international public speaker on Islam, a writer, lecturer and intellectual activist. He is particularly interested in Islam, politics, western and Islamic philosophy.
Hamza has debated prominent academics and intellectuals, delivered presentations and authored a number of Islamic publications. He has also led major pieces of research including ‘non-Muslim perceptions of Islam and Muslims’ and ‘Embryology in the Qur’an’ through iERA.
SHAYKH FAHAD TASLEEM studied Arabic at Georgetown University and the University of Texas at Austin and he is currently studying Islamic Theology at Madinah International University. He holds a bachelors in Economics from Michigan State University and a Masters in Taxation from the University of Southern California.
In 2007 he founded the dawah organization, Dawah Corps. He has been involved in the dawah for a number of years and has been the Imam at the Islamic Outreach Centre in Cypress, Texas (Greater Houston, TX Area) for the last few years. By Allah azzawajal’s mercy, he gave his younger brother Shaykh Saad Tasleem the invitation that led him to Islam.

iERA is a UK-based charity dedicated to providing a better understanding of Islam in order to create a more peaceful and harmonious society.
We run a number of events both within the UK and Internationally.
One of our main activities is training for Muslims on how to articulate the message of Islam to wider society. In addition we run a number of outreach events in local communities to help foster positive community relations.
