An Evening with local foraging expert, Liz Knight - Abergavenny

Join us in store on Tuesday October 21st from 7pm for an evening of all things ‘Wild Drinks’ with local foraging expert, Liz Knight. The talk will be followed by a Q&A and book signing.

Liz Knight is a local foraging course teacher and author. In her late 20s she bought a second hand wild flower ID book and found that the previous owner had scribbled notes in about how to eat the plants in the book - slowly Liz started to eat them herself and became hooked, because wild food isn't just free, nutritious and sustainable; it's also often very delicious.
