Get ready for an inspiring evening filled with stories and wisdom from one of our favourite authors, Patrick Regan OBE. Patrick is the founder of Kitsingi Hope and champions mental health and wellbeing. He has written a number of books including; Honesty over silence, When Faith Gets Shaken and Brighter Days. He has now founded Brigher Days.Life to improve mental health in the work place. This in-person event will take place at St John The Baptist. There will be refreshements available. There are two ticket options; ticket only or a book and ticket bundle for just the price of the book.
