Some nights were made for noise, some for silence, and then there are nights like this, carved out for the sacred in-between. On Wednesday, the 29th of October 2025, the singular Peter Conway - that honey-soaked, diamond-in-the-rough-voiced troubadour of truth, will be accompanied by a select band of musicians as he steps forward to share his spirit at Gallery Different - a pocket of light tucked just off Tottenham Court Road - to remind us what songs can still do when they are born from the marrow of life, born from the soul.

Conway, the independent singer-songwriter-poet who’s been quietly building a body of work that cuts deeper than most, will be accompanied by a select band of musicians for an acoustic set that promises communion more than concert. Expect music from his anticipated new album Communication Heals, plus fresh cuts and gems from his critically acclaimed Stay and earlier releases. It’s not just a gig, it’s a gathering of souls.

The lights will be low, the crowd close, and the vibe tuned for something real. If you believe songs can still save us, or at the very least, bring us together, then mark this night in ink. You don’t want to miss it.

Gallery Different - Exhibition

The Trio of Solos at Gallery Different features paintings by Natalie Papamichael, Sculpture by Lucianne Lassalle and in the Lower Gallery, paintings by Matt Lambert.

Each artist has a distinctive style and strong narrative. Natalie’s paintings reflect her interest in the treatment of women in art history – and their position as both subject and object – her work reimagines old masters with her own narrative superimposed.

Matt’s work reflect his own struggles with crippling OCD – his beautifully executed paintings have an arresting presence – Matt is an emerging artist with a growing global collector base.

Lucianne Lassalle is an established sculptor whose work centres on the human form, which has always been Lassalle’s passion. For her it holds endless possibilities, whether as a pure sculptural form or as a socio-political reflection or comment. Her work takes classical figurative themes and superimposes contemporary urban imagery.
