Is there allocated seating?

No, seats are not allocated and cannot be reserved. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis within your category of purchase. Our staff on the day will guide you to the next available seats within your ticket category.

Can I pass my ticket over to my friend if I can’t make it?

Is there a minimum age? Is the event child friendly?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the event is suitable for children, all ages are welcome; however, we ask that children under 12 be accompanied by an adult.

Are children free to attend?

Accepted Answer

If a child is occupying a seat a ticket must be purchased.

Question 5

Will there be sufficient room to park a push chair?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that there will be space to park your pushchair. You may be asked to fold up your pushchair and/or leave it outside the venue.

Are accessible seats and assistance available?

If you need specific seating arrangements or assistance, please contact us before booking to discuss requirements.

Is there somewhere I can pray?

Accepted Answer

As the event takes place at Isha time, there will unfortunately not be any prayer space available at the venue. Our attendees are requested to kindly make arrangements for their prayers before arriving at the venue/after leaving the venue.

Can we bring our own food and drinks to the event?

Yes, however no hot food is allowed.

Will there be photography at the events?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there will be a professional photographer taking photographs on behalf of Al Mustafa Welfare Trust & Class A Events, for use in our marketing materials and social media channels. If you would prefer your images not to be used, please let a member of staff know at the event.

Are cameras or recording devices allowed?

Accepted Answer

Personal cameras are permitted, but professional cameras, video cameras, and recording devices are strictly prohibited unless approved in advance.

Question 11

Are there any special effects used during the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the event may use strobe lights, smoke machines, and loud sounds. Attendees with sensitivities should take note.

Can I leave the venue and re-enter later?

Accepted Answer

Yes you can.

Can I upgrade my ticket on the day of the event?

This may not be possible if you wish to do so please contact us

What happens if the event is cancelled?

Accepted Answer

In the unlikely event that we must cancel we will do our best to re-arrange the event. If this is not possible, we will offer a refund.

If I accidentally purchase a ticket for the wrong location, can the ticket be transferred to another

Yes, Please contact us and we can change your purchase to the new city you wish to attend. You can transfer your ticket to another individual if needed.

Is smoking allowed inside the venue?

Accepted Answer

No, smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the venue. Designated smoking areas can be found outside.

Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds if you change your mind or cannot attend the event.
