An Ideal Christmas For You Would Be Like What?
Overview
Christmas can be a lot — more people, more expectations, more noise, more “shoulds.” For many neurodivergent people, the mix of social pressures, shifting routines, traditions, food sensitivities, competing needs and the general overwhelm can make this time of year feel anything but merry.
This 1-hour session gives you space to pause and get clear on your ideal Christmas — not the one other people expect, but the one that actually works for your nervous system, your relationships and your energy.
Using one simple Clean Language tool, Clean Setup, I’ll guide you to explore:
- How you'd like Christmas to be (your ideal)
- How you'd like to be this Christmas (managing your state)
- What support and resources you need (advocating)
This will be a supportive space to hear yourself think, make a plan and leave with a clearer sense of what you need as we approach Christmas.
This will be done as a whole group and in pairs / groups of 3.
Open to all neurodivergent adults (self-identified welcome).
