Mary Reynolds, the reformed landscape designer, nature activist and author is coming to the North for the very first time in October. In 2002, Mary was the youngest woman to win a gold medal at the Chelsea Flower Show. 'Dare to be Wild' was the film made of her life then - she's now reformed! Mary knows a thing or three about gardening and the shifts we can make in order to support the diversity of life in the land that we care for, whether it be small or large.
'There'll be no greenwashing in these talks or following some corporate, preset agenda, no pussyfooting, just uncensored truth and the precious, practical gift of finding out how each one of us can contribute, in no matter how small a way, to our local biodiversity' - Joanne McCrum
