Modality Partnership is an award-winning GP super-partnership that operates primary health care and community services nationally.

A super-partnership is made up of GP practices who come together to form one single partnership. By being part of a larger group of practices we can be more efficient in the way we work.

Modality’s community services operate under Modality LLP. These NHS community services are led by consultants and supported by our team of GPs with Extended Roles (GPwERs), nurse specialists and allied health professionals.

These services are offered at local GP practices or other community locations, helping to reduce long waits to be seen in outpatient clinics at the hospital.

Modality LLP first began seeing NHS ophthalmology patients in the summer of 2018 at our Attwood Green Health Centre site. Since then the service has grown dramatically to become the second busiest community service within the LLP. We are now seeing NHS patients 7 days a week from Attwood Green, and have expanded to an additional clinic at Memorial Health Centre (Khattak Surgery) in 2022. Further expansion to Sutton Coldfield and Edgbaston is planned for 2023.

As part of our expansion, and having established a thriving private dermatology service at Modality Medical Spa, Modality Ophthalmology has moved to also offering private eye consultations and treatments since Spring 2021.
