  • Introduction to bidding – providing an overview of what bids are about and why they are important
  • Terminology – explaining phrasing and wording to demystify the process
  • Public vs. private sector - summarising the difference the 2 types of buyers
  • Overview of Procurement Act and how it can help – highlighting key parts of the legislation that will help you
  • Tender research – using data and information to help you plan and prepare, including bid pipelines and pre-bid activities
  • Bid/no bid – explaining the key considerations for when choosing to bid or not
  • Writing – summarising the key elements of what it takes to write a strong bid
