About this event

Short, impactful and practical - join Jenny and Emma for this live Teams session as we explore resilience as something we ‘do’ rather than something we ‘have’ and therefore we can learn to build it – you’ll leave the session with a range of practical tools to support your resilience.

This session is part of a series of 4 workshops for women in energy that make up the Confidence, career planning and resilience workshop series. Book all 4 workshops before 16th September to receive a 15% discount

We've brought together some of our most popular topics to create this series of 1.5hr online coaching workshops providing delegates with an opportunity to meet, connect and build relationships with other women in the energy industry as well as having time to focus on their own personal development and work and life aspirations but you do not have to put aside a full day or even half a day to do it.

You'll leave the sessions with a range of practical and useful self-coaching tools and techniques covering many topics we know are important to the women we work with for you to use time and again as and when you need them throughout your work and life.

Please note this is indicative content only and Women to Work may change, amend or update the content as necessary.

This is a series of workshops for women in the energy industry that will be delivered live via Teams. All joining details will be emailed to you prior to the session, however, in the meantime if you have any questions please feel free to email Jenny and Emma at info@womentowork.co.uk.
