Event description

Description

As we increasingly see a shift in the digital design and documentation of construction projects, Reaseheath College has developed a free bespoke practical course that will train your employees to create 2D and 3D models using CAD software. In the future, digital marketplaces and social networks will emerge, making it possible for CAD users to connect with one another directly from within their application. Using CAD in your construction business will improve your daily operations and give you a competitive advantage. It will help you to better visualise the building and all the parts that go into it, from the steel beams to the smallest screw and it will make you more accurate and efficient, saving you time and money.

The course will cover:
• Introduction to the drawing environment
• Familiarisation with tools and operations to create 2D models
• Drawing 2D construction details with 3D elements
• Editing and managing the model
• Organisation and navigation of a 2D & 3D project
• Assessing the applicability to the built environment
If you are interested in booking a place on the course or for more information please contact:
