Our Introduction to Change Grow Live session offers a deeper insight into the service offered by Change Grow Live in Manchester.
Learn how our different specialist teams work and interlink, from homeless outreach to young people and families. Find out what a service user's journey looks like, the different support options available, and what psychosocial support is on offer throughout someone's journey. We will discuss the organisations that we sub-contract to provide specialist support, such as Emerging Futures and LGBT Foundation, and how our multi-agency partnership working approach allows us to meet complex needs.
This session is aimed at professionals working in the varied sectors which overlap with drug and alcohol support, here in Manchester. This includes, but is not limited to, people working within social services, probation, homelessness, as well as events and night-time economy.
People at any stage of their career or volunteering journey are welcome - whether having referred clients to us many times before, or as part of an induction for those in new roles. Students who are looking to work in the sector or people looking to make a career change or start volunteering will gain lots of insight.
There will be chance to ask questions at the end and establish further connections with our service.
