An introduction to Co-counselling (an Antiunviersity Now event)
Wed 14 June 2017, 18:30 – 21:00 BST
Want to learn some basic counselling methods so you can support yourself and others? Co-counselling is a peer counselling practice where two people take turns to act as client and counsellor. In this workshop you will learn the basics of some of the 'interventions' used in co-counselling practice to express and work through emotions.
