A half-day interactive virtual workshop designed for leaders at all levels to equip them with practical tools for facilitating virtually.
This 3-hour workshop is designed to provide leaders with a practical introduction to facilitating meetings and team sessions online. A practical orientation with a focus upon sharing tips, ideas, experience and resources.
Participants will experience various approaches including group discussions, plenary discussion, interactive polling, chat box discussion, virtual brainstorming and breakout room discussion.
Participants will be sent a self-assessment / needs analysis questionnaire to understand individual needs in advance of the workshop; the session will then cover the topics prioritised by the participants and run through numerous tips, traps, challenges to provide useful insight and advice.
