An Introduction to HCC Property Services

The briefing on May 3rd – “ Introduction to Hampshire County Council’s Property Services” is free to all schools signed up the Property Service Level Agreement (SLA).
The event is to provide information on the SLA for new and existing headteachers, business managers, bursars and site managers in the form of presentations from 10.00-12.00 noon. Prior to and after the presentations a number of talks and workshops are available for attendees.

09:00 - 09:45 Optional events: Health & Safety Talk or Landscape Strategy workshop or Access workshop
10:00 - 12:00 Main Presentations on topics ranging from maintenance arrangements to funding for building works
12:00 - 12:30 Lunch
12:30 - 13:15 Optional events: Asbestos Talk or Landscape Strategy workshop or Energy workshop
13:30 – 14:15 Optional events: Fire Safety Talk or Access workshop or Energy workshop
14:30 – 15:15 Options for extra workshops
There are optional 45 minute talks from 9.00 until 14.15 (either side of the presentations) on health and safety; asbestos and fire safety in Ashburton Hall that you can attend without sign up. Each talk has time for Q&As at the end.
Running concurrently to the above talks are small group (18 people in total) workshops running on landscape strategy, energy/sustainability and accessibility issues for schools. Please allow sufficient time to park as the nearest car park is often full by 9 a.m. There are additional car parks within a 10/15 minute walk from EII Court or park and ride options, if you would like a copy of the car parking map please contact Chloe Bruce (email@example.com). For the first 10 people who sign up for this event, they will get reserved free parking in Tower Street Car Park.
