Description

This workshop is for anyone who has an interest in learning the basics of facial techniques for home use, or considering professional training and would like a taster.

This is a fab opportunity for people who regularly receive facials and would like to learn some basic skills to use at home.

An holistic rejuvenation facial uses a mixture of techniques including Acupressure, reflexology and gentle facial massage which helps to relieve deep tension which in turns lifts the facial muscles. Coupled with gorgeous Neals Yard facial products - the results are a refreshed, energised relaxed stress free face which really does show.

The day is designed to be fun, informative and hands on. we will cover the following..

  • The history of rejuvenation facial

  • Accupressure technique
  • Reflexology technique
  • fine line technique
  • gentle massage technique
  • Contradictions
