What do I need to bring?

If you would like to make notes please bring a notepad and pen although they are not required. Please wear comfortable loose clothes, your own yoga mat if you wish (there are ones available) and a blanket.

What about refreshments?

Please bring lunch and any drinks you wish although there are local shops nearby.

I am a little nervous about hypnosis having been to a stage show

Stage shows are for entertainment, this event is designed to promote learning and increase understanding about this fascinating, natural approach. Participation in the group relaxation experience towards the end of the day is voluntary.
