Curious about hypnotherapy and how it can support your wellbeing? Join us once again for a gentle, welcoming Introduction to Hypnotherapy session - designed to help you experience the power of guided relaxation and subconscious connection.
In this group session, you’ll learn what hypnotherapy is (and what it isn’t), explore how it can help with stress, anxiety, self-confidence, and more… and enjoy a deeply calming guided hypnosis journey.
No prior experience needed. Arrive at 7.15pm for a 7.30pm start.
What to Bring:
- A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
- A cushion or pillow for your head
- A warm blanket or throw
- Water or herbal tea (optional)
- Comfortable clothing
Price: £15 per person
Spaces limited to 8 attendees – booking essential.
The studio is to the side of the house. You can enter through the side gate.
