An introduction to leadership and professional development: Performance and coaching

Skills for Health and Skills for Justice are delighted to invite you to our series of ‘pop-up development days’ in January and February 2020. There are only 12 places available for each day, so we encourage you to book soon to avoid disappointment. The event is free to attend on an invitation-only basis, and lunch is provided. The workshops will offer:

Relevant and practical personal development
Tools and techniques to take-away
Opportunities to share best practice and learning with peers
Time and space for reflection and networking
Lunch and refreshments

This event will be held at 30 Euston Square, London, NW1 2FB, between 1030 and 1600. The first of our three events is an introduction to performance and coaching, delivered by Principal Consultant, Toby Lindsay.

About the day: performance and coaching

We will explore together how to achieve performance development practices that make a difference and are valued by all those participating rather than becoming an exercising in box ticking and procedural satisfaction.

Adding to our shared experience by looking at research, case studies and theory, this day will offer insight and ideas into how to improve the effectiveness of your performance development practice and processes. The day will include time on coaching skills and practice and offer techniques and methods for developing a culture of coaching and learning.
