About the day: using your staff engagement survey to inform OD practice
How can you use the data you have to enhance and improve your organisational development interventions and initiatives? We will work together to find stories in the data and look at the implications for organisation design and development. With approaches to organisation development now being described as diagnostic, dialogic and dynamic we will explore the differences and similarities in these approaches and how they can best be used depending on the stories we uncover. Leading hard and soft change is complex and challenging work and this day will develop your sophistication in effectively using a range of approaches in your OD practice.
If you are an L&D, OD or HR professional looking to learn with colleagues and sharpen your professional practice then do book on to these days and we look forwards to working with you soon.
