An Introduction to Mindfulness - A World Health Day Event

To coincide with World Health Day, Dr John Darwin, founder of the Centre for Mindful Life Enhancement, will introduce and explore the benefits of mindfulness.
Mindfulness is concerned with paying attention to the present moment, without getting stuck in the past or worrying about the future. Increasingly, individuals and organisations are exploring the benefits this can bring.
