About this Event

In this 45-minute session, international criminal barrister and meditation teacher Gillian Higgins will talk about mindfulness and the benefits of practising at work and home. The session will conclude with a short, guided meditation and a Q & A.

Gillian Higgins is an international criminal barrister, mediator and mindfulness teacher at The Chambers of 9 Bedford Row in London. Gillian’s first book “Mindfulness at Work and Home” is published by RedDoor Press and is available now at www.practicalmeditation.co.uk. It will be available at Waterstones, Foyles, Amazon and other bookstores online around the world from mid-September.
