Non-verbal communication or body language is arguably more important than the words we say. Our posture, facial expressions, gestures and tone of voice tell a thousand words that our audience subconsciously interpret. By understanding and using non-verbal communication we can ensure what we say has the greatest impact.

During this fun and highly interactive workshop we will cover:

• The science of verbal communication and why it can breakdown and be misleading.

• The importance of Non-verbal communication (body language) and how we can use it to influence others.

• Techniques for reading facial expressions and gauging what is going on for the other person.
