Non-verbal communication or body language is arguably more important than the words we say. Our posture, facial expressions, gestures and tone of voice tell a thousand words that our audience subconsciously interpret. By understanding and using non-verbal communication we can ensure what we say has the greatest impact.

During this fun and highly interactive workshop we will cover:

• Why verbal communication can be misleading and how to spot misunderstandings through sensory acuity (reading facial expressions).

• The neuroscience of first impressions. Why we all subconsciously judge people and how we can use this process to ensure a great first impression.

• Techniques to project authority, confidence and trust through your physiology.
