About this event

This virtual course is aimed at Occupational Therapists starting out in critical care. It is assumed that attendees have some basic knowledge of the intensive care environment, however have not yet honed their skills and confidence within this field. The content of this course is therefore pitched at a basic level however it is hoped to meet the needs of most individuals. Once the delegates have completed watching all of the videos they can attend the LIVE Virtual Q&A session on a quarterly basis the next one is scheduled for 14th February 2024.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

  1. Develop sound understanding of the role of OT in critical care
  2. Consolidate and improve upon existing knowledge and skill base
  3. Increase confidence when dealing with risk in critically ill patients
