For "US" Chinese everything revolves around food. Happy and you Eat, Sad and you Eat, Birthday party and you Eat, I think you get the picture :)
Join me on this culinary journey as I guide you through dishes from Canton, Peking and Hong Kong in paticular their Street Food, (Hong Kong is one of the few places I have visited where street food has gained Michelin Star recognition).
This course is entertaining, relaxed and informative, you will learn how to blend oriental ingredients to create "Authentic", Tasty Chinese food.
This course includes all ingredients, fortune cookies, chopsticks, recipe sheets and lots of laughter as we talk about growing up in the Wan House Hold.
And after the cooking class, students will be able to enjoy their dishes (plus any leftovers can be doggy bagged up to take home and enjoyed at another time)
