OBJECTIVES
This webinar is a continuation of the previous one covering An Introduction to Pre Litigation Personal Injury Procedure. This part will examine the court procedure applicable to Personal Injury cases within both the Court of Session and the All-Scotland Personal Injury Court.

Mohsen Din, Devil, Faculty of Advocates
Mohsen is currently a Devil at the Faculty of Advocates. As a solicitor he worked across a wide range of firms dealing with both criminal and civil cases. In particular Mohsen was an accredited Law Society expert in Personal Injury work whilst in private practice. He dealt with a large volume of cases, ranging from fatal accidents at work, criminal defence matters and counter fraud related work. Mohsen was a member of various Law Society Panels and a former tutor on the civil Diploma at the University of Strathclyde. Mohsen is currently a Judicial panel member at the Scottish Football Association.
