Feedback From Previous Attendees
This year I was very lucky to participate in a series of Positive Discipline workshops run by the very competent and professional Zsuzsanna and Naomi Bari. The course was a perfect combination of theory and practice and was very accessible in terms of content and timings/logistics. The material provided is useful and applicable not only to new parents, but generally to anyone willing to improve their interpersonal relationships. As a psychology and trainer/facilitator, I found the content inspiring (I will use some of these techniques in my current seminars) and very pleasantly and proficiently facilitated. I would recommend this course to any new parent, but also to anyone who wishes to be persuasive in a respectful and effective manner. Marcello, Hungary
"As a single mother of a 4 year old I found the course very helpful as there always comes a point where everything becomes simply too much. The course has helped me to use tools to make life easier when conflicts arise and how to keep calm in stressful situations. I can highly recommend it to everyone."- Claudia, UK
"I am grateful I had the opportunity to take part in the Positive Discipline Parenting Course. It made me realise how much parenting mistakes I make and yet during the course we were taught that mistakes are not only ok but in fact good opportunities to learn, which was very comforting. It has been an eye opening to experience how with a little change in perspective and with implementation of some simple Positive Discipline tools what a significant positive impact this makes with your child. I took the course about half a year ago and I still receive amazing support and guidance from Zsuzsanna. My four-year-old now knows how to express himself in a 1 to 1 conflict situation and communicate his feelings to us to understand his behaviour. He even tells us how best we can help to calm him down when he is upset or on a verge of a tantrum. The Positive Discipline Tools have changed communication in such an amazing positive way. I highly recommend the course." – Anette, Hungary
" I wish I had come taken this course sooner, it has been so insightful and provided me with a very much needed parenting road map , a priceless investment for me and my family! I am now a recovering yeller and my kids are more cooperative, Positive Discipline Tools work, simply Gold Dust. Thank you Zsuzsanna! - Naomi , UK
"I took this course twice, first as a new parent and recently as a parent of a 7-year-old and a 2-year-old. It was good to have a refresher and comforting to hear the experiences of the other parents and realise that generally we are dealing with similar challenges. What I found particularly useful was the difference between praise and encouragement, and why in the long run encouragement will deliver better results. With my son this really made a difference. Thank you Zsuzsanna, it was really great parenting course. "– Uyo, Hungary
"I have participated in many different courses, some were extraordinary professional, most of them very interesting, but none of them was so touching as your Positive Discipline course. Most likely because of the importance of the topic for our life and success for our child. I thought, if we miss important points now, it can “pay back” later and we will not be able to turn this around. Thank you for being honest and open! I could feel a lot of passion in what you are doing. We do appreciate your advice and I understand there is so much to learn for us. I wish you many successful courses with involving new and new parents in the future. It is such a very valuable gift for parents!" – Giedrė, Hungary
