An online introduction to the QuickFile Cloud Accounting Platform, to help you set up your billing and expense recording with ease.
This session is designed to help you get up and running with QuickFile and understanding the basic principles of recording sales and purchases, and recording the associated bank transactions, with a few extra bits included too.
We'll cover:
- Creating a client
- Creating a sales invoice
- Customising the invoices with a logo and default settings
- Creating suppliers
- Creating a purchase record
- Bank transactions
- Marking invoices as paid
- Reporting
- Plus a Q&A session
The session will include a short break.
This event will take place online, so a good internet connection will be required. We recommend testing your connection using Google or SpeedTest.net before purchasing any tickets. Recommended speeds are 10mbps download / 4mbps upload.
