🌿 A One-Day Experiential Introduction

Systemic Constellations is a powerful, embodied way of exploring what sits beneath the surface in our lives — the patterns that repeat, the blocks we can’t explain, the loyalties we carry without even realising.

This one-day workshop offers a grounded, experiential introduction to the principles and practice of constellation work — whether you're drawn to it professionally or personally, or simply curious to see what it's about.

No previous experience is needed. Just bring yourself.

💡 What We'll Explore

  • An introduction to the systemic lens: families, systems, and belonging
  • Why patterns repeat — even when we’ve “done the work”
  • How to recognise what might not be yours to carry
  • Ways to bring more movement, clarity and compassion into stuck dynamics
  • Live constellations with the group
  • Simple embodied exercises to help you integrate and reflect

👥 Who Is It For?

This workshop is open to anyone — whether you're looking for fresh insight in your own life or bringing a systemic approach into your work with others.

You might be:

  • Curious about constellation work
  • Feeling stuck in a repeating relationship or family pattern
  • A therapist, coach or facilitator interested in systemic thinking
  • Drawn to experiential, body-based ways of working

No issue or question is required — you are welcome as a participant, representative or witness.

Some challenges are difficult to think your way out of. Patterns repeat. Emotions linger. Decisions feel fogged. Despite your insight, something deeper seems to be at play.

Systemic Constellations offer a different kind of perspective. One that looks not only at your individual experience, but also at the wider systems you’re part of: family, work, culture, inheritance. This is a way of listening to what hasn’t yet been seen or acknowledged, through a mix of experiential exercises, embodiment, and intuitive insight.

These one-day workshops are designed to offer a practical, grounded introduction to systemic work, with time to explore, reflect and experience the method firsthand.

Who this is for

These workshops are for everyone who is curious about what lies beneath the surface of complex issues, in life, relationships, or work. You might be:

  • Noticing repeating patterns and wondering if they began somewhere earlier
  • Holding roles or responsibilities that feel heavy, unclear or misaligned
  • Wanting to explore new ways of looking at entangled systems, personal, professional, cultural
  • A therapist, coach, facilitator or manager looking to broaden your understanding of relational dynamics
  • Have heard of constellations work but are slightly terrified of coming. This is a softer introduction
  • You are a professional who wants to see how this work adds understanding to dynamics in the work place.

No previous experience is needed. Whether you come with a personal question, or simply want to witness and take part, you’ll be supported throughout.

What you’ll experience

  • An introduction to the theory and practice of systemic constellations
  • Core principles including the Orders of Love, systemic perception, and embodied knowing
  • Group exercises to map hidden patterns and dynamics
  • Live constellations facilitated by Katie and Jamie
  • A reflective space to make sense of what emerges

These workshops are practical, embodied and participatory. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of how systemic dynamics show up in your own life and work, and how to begin responding to them with more clarity and compassion.
