An introduction to the GROW model of coaching
- Do you want to better understand the difference between training, mentoring and coaching?
- Do you want to learn how “coaching” can help you both in your work and your personal life?
Then read on:
We are pleased to offer a two module programme that will provide an introduction to the “GROW Model” which is commonly used in coaching practice. The sessions will be very practical and participants will have the opportunity to apply the theories discussed immediately. In addition, delegates will be asked to complete “homework” in between the two sessions which are taking place on Thursday 11 May and Thursday 15 June.
Places will be strictly limited to 14 and participants must commit to attending both part 1 and part 2
The sessions will be run by Maureen Tallis, Head of Employee Development for Baxi Heating UK Limited. Maureen qualified as an Executive Coach with the University of the West of England and is a trained ILM Level 7 Executive Coach. She has used her coaching skills inside and outside the Organisation and has introduced a coaching strategy at Baxi Heating UK Ltd to support the Company Values. This strategy has included coaching skills training for the senior leadership population, and ILM level 3, 5 and 7 qualifications are available to all managers and colleagues. A framework of coaching supervision supports a network of in-house “Company Approved Coaches”.
