'An Introduction to the Low Demand Approach' workshop

A workshop for parents of children who are neurodivergent, to help better understand:

• What is a demand?

• How may demands make us/our child feel?
• Identify what a low demand approach is.
• How we can adapt our communication.
• Consider sensory needs and self-care challenges and how we can support these.
• Know where to go for further support.

This workshop is between 60-90 minutes and delivered virtually over Zoom.
