New in 2017, an introduction to the rights of children and young people in the immigration system aims to give an overview of children's rights to non-legal professionals who work with children and young people. The course will cover the basics of asylum, immigration and nationality law, finding a lawyer and legal aid. It will look at the rights of chlidren in families as well as separated children.
This course was developed by CCLC's Youth Rights Trainers, accredited young people with experience of the UK immigration system, and will be co-delivered by them.
