As health and wellbeing professionals and educators our main role is meeting the needs of others; when it comes to our own wellbeing we often struggle to seek care for ourselves.

This is a one-hour online webinar style programme with the opportunity to ask questions.

We will delve into the world of Transactional Analysis to aid in nurturing your overall wellbeing. This session will introduce you to the basics of Transactional Analysis, a powerful tool for understanding yourself and improving your relationships. Learn how to communicate more effectively, set boundaries, and promote positive interactions to support your own wellbeing whilst caring for others.
