Event description
Discover the secrets of Italian cuisine in this informative full-day class.

About this Event

You will start the day by learning about ‘00’ flour and how to make traditional hand-crafted pasta from scratch! Your chef tutor will demonstrate every step and you will mix, knead and make your own dough, which will then be transformed into tagliatelle and stuffed pasta shapes including ravioli, tortellini and cappelletti.

We will then spend the rest of the day working with fresh Mediterranean ingredients to create iconic Italian dishes. Your chef tutor will guide you through the process of making a rich and creamy wild mushroom risotto, light fluffy potato gnocchi, and a classic tomato ragu which you will take home with you to share with family and friends.

The course includes practical tuition from our trusted GHI chef tutors, recipes and ingredients, plus refreshments. Aprons and cooking equipment are provided for you to use on the day.

All food produced during the course is yours to take home.

We sell gift vouchers, redeemable against this class and many more! Click here to find out more information.
