Overview

A Journey To Heal the Servitude Wound & Liberate Your Worth From Your Work (includes downloadable workbook & light code transmission

For generations, healers and medicine women have carried the imprint of servitude - the wound that tells us our worth is directly connected to our service for others.

This wound is collective, with multiple layers and moving parts.

It is shaped by the systems that classified human beings as more or less worthy,
and trained entire peoples - and the women within them - to survive through service.

Servitude is the belief that:
“My value comes from what I can provide.”
“My safety comes from being useful.”
“My needs are dangerous, inconvenient, or too much.”

It is the unconscious pattern that silently speaks through our action or inaction:
“Be good. Be agreeable. Be helpful. Don’t make trouble. Don’t take up space.”

It is a survival imprint that formed in bloodlines and cultures where service was demanded, enforced, or culturally required - whether through patriarchy, poverty, religion, caste and class hierarchies… and for many lineages, through colonisation and racialised oppression. For some, all of the above.

Servitude is not the same as martyrdom.
Martyrdom says, “I must sacrifice to be worthy.”
Servitude says, “I am only worthy when I serve.”
Martyrdom manifests as a pattern of overgiving.
Servitude manifests as a belief about your position and worth in the world.

In this online ceremony, we journey to the root of the servitude wound - back to the histories and herstories where women were conditioned to be quiet providers, emotional labourers, domestic servants, and moral “good girls".

We honour the generations of women who were not allowed to be fully human in their needs, and who survived by suppressing them.

The women who were were expected to give without question, and learned that survival required obedience.

We will give space for what the women who came before us were never allowed to feel.

Through guided ceremony, embodiment, and intentional movement, we will begin to dissolve the subconscious contracts that keep you/us:

  • tying worth to usefulness
  • over-functioning to feel safe
  • feeling guilty when we rest or receive
  • silencing our truth to avoid being “too much”
  • living as though our value must be earned through service

This is not a journey to negativise your devotion - our intention is to liberate your worth from your work.

To remember that your value is not conditional… it just is.
To remember your medicine is not measured by your output…
and that your needs are not a threat to your good heart

In this ceremony, we integrate the ancestral, societal, and energetic imprints that keep you trapped in cycles of obligation, self-diminishing, and quiet resentment - so you can reclaim a life and a business rooted in sovereignty, your true worth, and reciprocity.

What to Expect:

(An outline — I flow intuitively beyond any plan)

  • Guided Opening Ritual: Grounding, protection & connecting to our intention
  • Welcoming Plant Allies: Including Ceremonial Cacao (Rose recommended for softening and boundary repair)
  • Journaling Alchemy: Meeting the root of your servitude contracts
  • Herstory & Lineage Remembering: How servitude was conditioned through systems of classification & oppression
  • Somatic & Energetic Release: Letting the body release obligation, guilt & internalised “good girl / servant” narratives
  • Healing the Inner Servant: Reclaiming permission to need, receive, take up space, and belong without earning it
  • Ancestral Honouring & Returning Burdens: Transforming inherited roles of duty and obedience
  • Integration: Anchoring new patterns of worth, reciprocity & embodied self-honouring

This ceremony may evoke deep emotions - grief, anger, tenderness, relief, or even fierce clarity. All will be welcome, as welcome the process of healing.

You will be held in community, though you are encouraged to self-hold with care.

Please note: The healing will undoubtedly continue unfolding long after the ceremony.
Healing this wound will welcome life opportunities to practice new boundaries, to receive without guilt, and to reclaim your humanity beyond usefulness.
Please ensure you have the appropriate emotional support around you - or consider joining the full online journey (see below) for ongoing holding.

This Ceremony Is For You If:

  • You are ready to heal for the women who came before you
  • You feel your worth is tied to what you provide
  • You struggle to rest or receive without guilt or shame
  • You over-function to feel safe or lovable
  • You silence your needs so others stay comfortable
  • You feel responsible for holding everything together
  • You carry cultural / familial / ancestral stories of service for survival
  • You’re ready to reclaim worth without earning it and service without self-abandonment

An Invitation to the Deeper Journey:

This is the fourth ceremony in The Wounded Healer, a 7-part ceremonial exploration of the core wounds carried by the healer lineage.

We journey with the wounds of Persecution, Martyrdom, Servitude, Saviourhood and Imposter Syndrome - and the underlying threads of unworthiness.
