An open and honest Q&A session with John Vincent MBE and CEO of LEON, the naturally fast food chain.
John is a true entrepreneur who has doubled the number of LEON stores in the last two years and increased some store sales by up to 50 per cent. He co-founded the chain in 2004 with Henry Dimbleby and Allegra McEvedy.
The business is based on a clear and compelling purpose – to make it easier for everyone to eat well and live well.
To help bring this to life on the day, attendees will get an insight into a key part of our new team member training which is a resilience building session with Steve Head this will be followed by a tasty lunch and a discussion session with John Vincent.
John previously worked as a strategy consultant for Bain & Company, where his business travels made him realise that the only available food on the go was making everyone fall asleep and wake up fat. John took over the day to day running of LEON in 2014, leads the menu innovations and has co-authored three of the Leon cook books. Leon now has 40 restaurants in the UK, one in Amsterdam and John has his sights set on the US.
John is frequently approached for advice so this event will give budding entrepreneurs the chance to experience the LEON ‘Eat Well, Live Well’ programme (attended by all LEON team members), put questions to John and hear from and network with fellow business students and owners.
