About this event
Dear Friends,
After a season of outward, dynamic energy, there’s a regular rhythm that begins to return. It invites simplicity. It calls us to connect to the energy that is steady, focused and grounded.
In this course we will use the fuel which gave us the summer sunny energy and leverage it in this new season.
This online meditation course is a 10-session journey designed to support a soft and conscious transition between seasons. Together, we’ll explore how to balance the nervous system, anchor into our centre, and refine our attention — so we can meet life and its invitations with calm, clarity, and grace.
We’ll practise guiding the mind and returning — again and again — to the steady stillness within.
Whether you’ve been meditating for years or are simply seeking more space and calm in your life, you’re warmly welcome. Each themed session lasts 45 minutes and is followed by an optional open space to share, connect, and deepen the subtle shifts that arise through practice.
Just bring your breath, a journal, and a willingness to listen more deeply.
We very much look forward to meeting you on this new meditation journey.
with love and hugs
Peter & Vero
