Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?  

Under 16 are admitted to event free of charge when accompanied by a ticket holding adult.

Los menores de 16 años serán admitidos de forma gratuita si van acompañados por un adulto

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event? 

All public parking is signposted directing to La Reserva Club of which there will then be constant shuttles to the Andalucía Valderrama Welcome tent.

Disabled parking will be directed to the Car Park 1 Overflow.

Cuáles son mis opciones de transporte para llegar a / de estacionamiento del evento? 

Todo el aparcamiento para publico esta señalizado hacia La Reserva Club de Golf, en el cual habra transporte constante a la carpa principal del Andalucia Valderrama Masters.

El aparcamiento para descapacitados sera dirigido al Car Park 1.

 What can/can't I bring to the event?

No cameras Thursday to Sunday. Cameras are allowed during the Pro AM on Wednesday

No dogs (other than guide dogs) or other animals are permitted on the course.

The use of mobile phones is permitted but restricted to dedicated areas only, where event signage will refer to them as “mobile phone zones”. Only in these dedicated areas can calls be made or received, however phones must remain on silent at all times.

 Qué puedo / no puedo llevar al evento ? 

 No se permiten cámaras de jueves a domingo. Se permiten cámaras durante el Pro AM el miércoles

 Los perros (excepto perros guía ) u otros animales no están permitidos en el campo.

 Se permite el uso de teléfonos móviles, pero su uso está restringido a determinadas áreas que están señalizadas como "zonas de teléfonos móviles" . Sólo en estas áreas se podrán realizar y recibir llamadas. Los teléfonos deben permanecer en silencio en todo momento .

Can my ticket be re-sold?  

Please note that tickets cannot be re-sold under any circumstances.

 Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

 Customers must bring their ticket to gain access to event. 

 Lost, stolen or damaged tickets or badges (“ticket”) will not be replaced. Ticket holder accepts all risk and danger attending this event, including the risk of being struck by a golf shot, and releases the Tour, promoter, venue, sponsors, players and all other parties from any and all liabilities arising therefrom.

 Ticket holder may be searched, must present tickets on request and comply with all relevant rules and regulations (including any venue, tournament and Tour regulations), and any directions and instructions of any authorised personnel.  Admission may be refused or Tickets may be revoked without refund for failure to comply with the same or for any other unacceptable behaviour.

Tengo que llevar mi entrada impresa al evento?

 Los clientes deben traer su entrada para acceder al evento.

 Las entradas o insignias (“entrada”) perdidas, robadas o deterioradas no serán sustituidas. El portador de la entrada acepta todos los riesgos y peligros relacionados con su asistencia a este evento, incluido el riesgo de recibir un bolazo, y libera al Circuito, al promotor, a la sede, a los patrocinadores y a todas las demás partes de cualquier responsabilidad resultante.  

 El portador de entrada podrá ser objeto de registro. Debe presentar sus entradas previa solicitud y cumplir con todas las normas y reglamentaciones pertinentes (incluidas las de la sede, el torneo y el Circuito), además de seguir todas las instrucciones del personal autorizado. En caso de incumplimiento de estas normas o por cualquier otro comportamiento inaceptable, se le podrá denegar el acceso o invalidar su entrada sin derecho a reembolso.

 What is the refund policy?

 This Ticket is non refundable in the event of curtailment, cancellation or otherwise.
