Rt Hon Andy Burnham MP invites you to the "Our Manifesto" event for Transport and the Environment, on Thursday 8th of December 2016, registration at 9.30 am - event 10 am until 1 pm. The event is take place at the award winning Museum of Science and Industry (MOSI) in Manchester, the site of the worlds first passenger railway.

I am delighted to invite you to this Our Manifesto event, one of a series of policy development conferences that I’m hosting across Greater Manchester over the next few months. Before drafting my manifesto for Mayor I want to do things differently. I want to involve as many people as possible in developing policy ideas that will make a real and meaningful difference to people’s lives.

At this event, I want to hear from passengers, experts and interested parties alike about how we can improve the transport experience and the environment

I will also be joined by some very special guests who are from Greater Manchester and have excelled in their chosen careers.

The Our Manifesto events are only the start of the conversation and there will be opportunities to continue to contribute and encourage others to do so as the ideas develop.
