Andys Man Club
Overview
About Andy’s Man Club
Andy’s Man Club is a men’s mental health charity offering free peer-to-peer support groups across the UK. Founded in 2016 after the tragic loss of Andy Roberts to suicide, the club was created to break the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where men can talk openly about their feelings.
With over 150 groups meeting every Monday evening (excluding bank holidays), Andy’s Man Club has grown into one of the UK’s most recognised movements for supporting men’s wellbeing. The sessions are simple but powerful — no pressure, no registration, no judgment — just men coming together to talk, listen, and help each other through life’s challenges.
This session will be delivered by Andy Bamford, the West Yorkshire area lead for Andy’s Man Club, who will share the story behind the movement, the impact of its growing network, and how communities and organisations can get involved to support men’s mental health.
