The history and evolution of Islington (SAVE Walking Tour)
Join SAVE and Alec Forshaw, former head of design and conservation at Islington on a guided walking tour exploring Islington's vibrant streets, focusing on the transformative projects shaping the area around Angel. Learn about the evolution of several sites including the revitalised landscapes of the former Anderson's Yard, the historical grounds of the former Royal Free Hospital, the Business Design Centre (former Royal Agricultural Hall) and the bustling precinct of the former Post Office site off Upper Street.
