Anger Management for Parents/Carers

These sessions will centre around ways of managing recognising and reducing anger. There will also be an opportunity for discussion and to ask questions.

The techniques covered in this session will support with identifying triggers and secondary emotions and how to reduce challenging behaviours.

Facilitated by Youth Trust Wellbeing Practitioners. Open to all Isle of Wight parents / carers and young people.

Sessions are an hour long.

These are group sessions and are held at Youth Trust House, 114 Pyle Street, Newport, PO30 1XA.
