A workshop for carers and the people who support them about anger

About this Event

Do you experience feelings of anger?

We can’t always control when difficult feelings come up, but we can improve our wellbeing by learning healthy ways to respond when they do.

Join us in a non-judgemental and supportive environment to explore tips and techniques to manage feelings of anger.

Limited spaces available. Priority will be given to carers, but further sessions can be arranged to accommodate anyone who misses out.

PLEASE NOTE: This session will be held on Google Teams, which requires a google account to join. If you don’t already have one, please create one if possible before booking or at least a week before the session. An invite to the session will be sent to your google account at least two days before it starts. A video from Carers of Dundee on how to create an account and connect to these sessions will be available from October 12th.
