Talent United event: Wigfield Farm networking event

A FREE networking opportunity hosted by Talent United at Wigfield Farm, Haverlands Lane, Barnsley, England, S70 5NQ.

Join us on Tuesday 14 June at 9.30am to 12.30pm. Free breakfast sandwich and drink on arrival.

Lambs, Meerkats and so much more!

We are inviting Talent United partners to take a tour of our working farm and visitor attraction, Wigfield Farm.

The morning will consist of talks by College staff, external businesses, a chance to network with other local animal care businesses and a tour of Wigfield Farm with some little treats thrown in. 

The Farm gives Barnsley College students the chance to care and study for a variety of animals, from sheep and horses to miniature zebu and meerkats!

A large part of the practical tasks during the week are undertaken by students following one of Barnsley College’s many programmes of study giving them a real working environment to develop their skills and knowledge.
